A commercial update from behind the scenes over the summer months here at the Wham Stadium
Following another successful season where the club played Premier League sides, Burnley, West Ham and Middlesbrough and just fell short of the playoff places, the work for the new season for commercial department began as soon as the team played their last League 2 fixture at Stevenage.
There is plenty to do to get ready for the new season the club has continued to develop behind the scenes, including reflecting on how we can continue to make improvements for Season 2017/18, which will be Stanley’s Twelfth Season back in the English Football League.
Where to begin!
Most recently we have announced large sports brand adidas as our new kit partner for the next two seasons, which shows another massive step in the right direction for the Club both on and off the field. The reveal of the home kit will be announced this Friday 16th June at 8am, with both the home kit and training range on sale from 9am with the away kit launch penciled in for a few weeks later.
We have also added the clubs first ever training kit sponsor for the first team. Local company Albert Harrisons & Co have committed to sponsoring the training kit for the next two-seasons. Along with confirming Wham, Guide Security and Fagan and Whalley as the main kit sponsors for the home and away kits.
Since the launch of the season tickets for the upcoming season, we are 77% of the way towards our #Target1000 and work is ongoing behind the scenes as we continue to push towards the aim. I can also confirm we are in discussions to be able to offer season tickets on a pay monthly plan for next season – an update will follow in due course.
We have two remaining pitch side advertising board space on the Whinney Hill Stand which is NON-TV facing at a cost of £500 + vat for the full season. Please contact me for further details.
We also have six TV facing boards remaining 3 within the Blackrock EMI stand, 2 within the William Dyer Electrical Stand and 1 within the Coppice Terrace Stand at a cost of £1,200 + vat per board for the full season. Please contact me for further details.
You can sponsor your favourite player, priced at £149 Inc. vat for either home or away shirt or both home and away for a great price of £275 Inc. vat. For full package details click here.
We now also have the ‘Big Screen ‘was trialed for the final two home games of the season. With prices starting from just £25 for any ‘basic’ message (birthdays, weddings, announcement, etc.), we are now in a position to offer businesses and organisations the opportunity to utilise the screen for advertising. Pre-match, half-time and post-match action sponsorships are now available, as is in-match action (corners, offsides, yellow/red cards, etc.)
Fixture launch date is coming up fast, only 7 days away (Wednesday 21st June) and we cannot wait to continue planning our matchday experiences within the hospitality suite here at the Wham Stadium. We have had quite a large number of enquires for the high-profile games already for next season which is great for the Club. For prices of individual guest packages and full match sponsorship packages for the new season, click here. There is still some sponsorship opportunities on the fixture poster, for details click here.
