Accrington Stanley is on the lookout for a new sweeper… or a whole army of them.

A rallying cry is going out to Stanley supporters to pick up their sweeping brushes, paint brushes, litter pickers and anything else that will help to improve the Store First Stadium on Ground Force Weekend on Saturday and Sunday June 20^th and 21^st.

Volunteers are needed at the club between 9 am and 6 pm on both days and everyone is welcome.

Whether you can spare an hour or two, or a full day, just turn up with your brush. Free food plus tea and coffee will be laid on for volunteers.

The Ground Force Weekend is being organised by the Official Accrington Stanley Supporters Club, which is particularly keen to hear from volunteers with specific trade skills. For more details contact Nick Westwell by email to: n.westwell@sky.com
