Sean Maguire has extended his loan deal from West Ham until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old has made 21 Stanley appearances since joining the club in September and scored four times.
“We’ve had a little bit of a restructure in the way we’ve played, but Seani’s still got a big part to play this season,” said manager John Coleman. “He’s a good lad and he’s a good footballer, and I’m pleased we’ve been able to do it until the the end of the season.
“He’s improving all the while and he’s a good player. We’d like him to score more goals, that’s something that he’s got to add to his game if he’s going to progress his career even further.
“He knows he’s here until the end of the season and he knows there’s a chance to play a lot of games.”
