Goalkeeper Luke Simpson will make his league and Stanley debut today against Southend in the League Two opener.

New Reds signing goalie Jay Lynch is on the bench while striker James Alabi, signed on loan from Stoke City this morning, is also one of the substitutes.

James Gray starts up front for Stanley looking to build on the three goals from the last two league games of last season.
