Role Description:

Accrington Stanley Football Club are seeking to appoint a number of part-time Academy Coaches to join the coaching staff for the forthcoming 2014/15 season.

The successful applicants will be responsible for the development of academy players from U9-U16 years old. Requirements of the role include:

 

–Planning, delivering and evaluating training sessions (Academy coach follows Academy Coaching Programme and uses Best sessions Library)

-Coaching an academy age group on match days

-Conducting 6/12 weeks players’ review

 -Work as a part of a coaching team

 

What is required?

Essentials

1. UEFA B license

2. Membership of The FA Licensed Coaches’ Club

3. IT Literacy Skills

4.As the role requires extensive work with children successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
