The Store First Stadium pitch is progressing well after the recent work to lay down a new playing surface.

Just over a week after the old pitch was skimmed off and the new seed put down, green shoots are already starting to appear.

With the varied and unpredictable East Lancashire weather promising plenty of sun and rain in the coming weeks it should be perfect grass growing conditions!
