Young Stanley striker Marcus Carver has joined AFC Fylde on loan.

The 20-year-old moves on an initial emergency loan deal until January.

Carver has just returned from a similar spell at Barrow and also spent time at Halifax earlier in the season.

The Coasters, who were beaten by Stanley in the first round of the FA Cup last season, are pushing for promotion from the Evo StikPremier Division and currently sit third in the table.

Carver could make his debut at Stafford Rangers tomorrow.
