Stanley midfielder George Miller has joined Chester on loan.

The former Preston North End man will stay with the Conference side until 4th January.

“This is a great chance for George to go out and get some game time,” said manager James Beattie. “We sat down earlier and had a chat and he agreed with me that it’s a good opportunity.

“He’ll still be with us for training day to day and will then be able to play some matches on a Saturday afternoon. It’s good for the club and good for him.”

Miller, who turned 22 earlier this week, has made five first team appearances for the Reds this season.

He could make his Chester debut against Barrow, and another Stanley loanee in Marcus Carver, at the weekend in the FA Trophy.
